1. Acceptance of Terms READ CAREFULLY

By accessing, registering, or using the BLQ Football platform ("BLQ", "we", "our", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and BLQ Football.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using our platform and services. Your continued use of BLQ constitutes your acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

BLQ Football is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering and using our platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• You are not prohibited by law from participating in online betting or gambling activities in your country of residence.
• You are using BLQ for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online betting is illegal.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Information

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password.

• You must use your real name and valid contact information when registering.
• Your username must be unique and appropriate. BLQ reserves the right to reject or change any username.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must immediately notify BLQ of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

3.2 Account Security

BLQ employs industry-standard security measures to protect your account. However, you are responsible for:

• Creating a strong and unique password (minimum 6 characters, containing letters and numbers).
• Not sharing your password with anyone, under any circumstances.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Keeping your registered email and phone number up to date for security notifications.

4. Multiple Accounts Policy STRICT

4.1 What Constitutes a Multiple Account?

For the purposes of this policy, "multiple accounts" includes, but is not limited to:

• Same Person, Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account using the same personal information, phone number, email address, or payment methods.
• Fake or Duplicate Information: Using different names, dates of birth, phone numbers, or email addresses to create multiple accounts for the same individual.
• Family or Household Accounts: Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or household without prior written approval from BLQ.
• Bot or Automated Creation: Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to create or operate multiple accounts.
• Account Sharing: Allowing multiple individuals to use the same account or sharing account credentials across users.
• Synthetic Identities: Creating fake identities or using stolen personal information to register accounts.

4.2 How We Detect Multiple Accounts

BLQ employs advanced detection systems to identify and prevent multiple accounts. These include, but are not limited to:

• AI-Powered Risk Detection: Our system analyzes user patterns, including similar usernames, phone numbers, email domains, and IP addresses.
• Device Fingerprinting: We track device identifiers, browser fingerprints, and hardware signatures to link accounts.
• Behavioral Analysis: We monitor betting patterns, deposit behavior, and withdrawal habits to identify suspicious activity.
• Cross-Reference Checks: We cross-reference user data with known fraud patterns and blacklisted information.
• Manual Review: Our compliance team conducts manual reviews of suspicious accounts and activities.

4.3 Consequences of Multiple Accounts

If you are found to have violated the Multiple Accounts Policy, the following actions will be taken:

• Immediate Suspension: All accounts associated with the violation will be suspended immediately without notice.
• Permanent Ban: The user(s) involved will be permanently banned from using BLQ services.
• Forfeiture of Balances: All funds, winnings, bonuses, and rewards in any associated accounts will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
• Loss of Referral Bonuses: Any referral bonuses or commissions earned through multiple accounts will be voided and clawed back.
• Reporting to Authorities: In cases of fraud, identity theft, or other illegal activities, we may report the individual to relevant authorities.
• Legal Action: BLQ reserves the right to pursue legal action against individuals who engage in fraudulent account creation or abuse of our platform.

4.4 Exception for Legitimate Multiple Accounts

In rare cases where multiple accounts are required for legitimate business purposes (e.g., agency accounts, corporate entities), prior written approval from BLQ management is mandatory. Unauthorized multiple accounts will be treated as violations regardless of intent.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is UGX 10,000.
• Payment Methods: Deposits are accepted via MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, and other payment methods as listed on our platform.
• Processing Time: Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1-5 minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• Deposit Bonus: First-time depositors may be eligible for a 10% bonus (minimum 300,000 UGX). Recurring deposits of 300,000+ UGX are eligible for 5% bonus.
• Bonus Terms: All deposit bonuses are subject to our bonus terms and conditions and may not be withdrawn immediately.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is UGX 10,000.
• Withdrawal Fee: A 5% withdrawal fee applies to all withdrawal requests.
• Daily Limit: You may make a maximum of 2 withdrawal requests per day.
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are processed within 12-24 hours. You may only contact us about delays after 24 hours have passed during working hours (10 AM to 10 PM).
• Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 12-24 hours.
• Verification: You must have a verified account (bound phone number) before making a withdrawal.
• Account Matching: Withdrawals are sent to the phone number or bank account registered on your account.
• Pending Withdrawals: You may not submit a new withdrawal request while a previous request is still pending.
• Cancellation: Withdrawals that have been "Approved" or "Completed" cannot be canceled.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Understanding Reverse Betting

BLQ Football operates on a reverse betting model. This means:

• You select a score that you believe will NOT happen in a match.
• If the match ends with ANY score other than your predicted score, you WIN.
• If the match ends with the EXACT score you predicted, you LOSE.
• Your profit is calculated as: Stake × Profit Percentage.

6.2 Placing Bets

• Available Matches: Bets can only be placed on matches with status "Upcoming".
• Bet Deadline: All bets must be placed before the match starts. The timer on each match card shows the remaining time.
• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed, modified, or canceled.
• Multiple Bets: You may place bets on multiple matches simultaneously, subject to available balance.
• Maximum Bet: There is no maximum bet limit, but we encourage responsible betting.

6.3 Match Results & Settlement

• Result Source: Match results are sourced from FlashScore and other verified third-party providers.
• Settlement Time: Bets are settled automatically within 10-30 minutes after the match ends.
• Disputed Results: In the event of a disputed result, BLQ reserves the right to investigate and make a final determination.
• Match Cancellation: If a match is canceled, abandoned, or postponed, all bets on that match will be refunded 100%.

6.4 Betting Restrictions

• You may only bet with funds available in your main balance.
• Bets placed using bonus funds may have additional restrictions.
• BLQ reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion.

7. Curated Matches & Refunds SPECIAL

7.1 What Are Curated Matches?

Curated Matches are 2 special matches selected daily at 10:00 AM Ugandan time. Each curated match has a Curated Score that offers a unique refund protection:

• Curated Score: A specific score that is considered "unlikely" to happen based on our prediction model.
• Refund Protection: If you bet on the Curated Score and LOSE, you receive a 100% refund of your stake.
• Profit Percentage: Curated Scores typically have profit percentages between 2.6% - 3.0%.
• Daily Selection: 2 new Curated Matches are selected every day at 10:00 AM.

7.2 Curated Match Refund Terms

• Refund Eligibility: Only bets placed on the exact Curated Score are eligible for refund.
• Refund Process: Refunds are credited automatically if the match ends with the Curated Score.
• Multiple Bets: Each curated match bet is treated individually for refund purposes.
• Bonus Conditions: Refunds may be subject to bonus terms and wagering requirements.

8. Referral Program

8.1 How It Works

• Share your unique referral link with friends and family.
• When someone registers using your link and places a bet, you earn a percentage of their won profit.
• Level A: 10% of your direct referral's won profit.
• Level B: 5% of your indirect referral's won profit (Level 2).
• Level C: 3% of your tier 3 referral's won profit (Level 3).

8.2 Referral Restrictions

• You cannot refer yourself or create multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses.
• Referral bonuses are paid only on successful winning bets (status = 'Won').
• Referral bonuses are subject to anti-fraud and multiple account detection.
• BLQ reserves the right to adjust or cancel referral bonuses for any reason.

9. Savings Fund

9.1 Overview

The BLQ Savings Fund allows you to earn interest on your idle funds:

• Current Account: Earn 0.11% interest every hour. Funds are withdrawable anytime.
• Regular Account: Earn 2.5% interest every day. Funds are locked for a minimum of 30 days.

9.2 Terms & Conditions

• Interest is calculated and credited automatically to your savings wallet.
• Withdrawals from the Regular Account before maturity may incur penalties.
• BLQ reserves the right to adjust interest rates at any time.
• Interest is not guaranteed and is subject to platform performance.

10. Prohibited Activities BANNED

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BLQ platform:

• Fraud & Deception: Providing false information, impersonating others, or using fraudulent payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using BLQ for any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Manipulation: Attempting to manipulate match results, betting odds, or platform performance.
• Abuse of Bonuses: Exploiting bonus offers through multiple accounts, bonus hunting, or fraudulent activities.
• Harassment: Sending abusive, threatening, or harassing messages to other users or BLQ staff.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other users' accounts or platform backend systems.
• Automation: Using scripts, bots, or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Illegal Content: Posting or sharing illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the BLQ platform.

11. Suspension & Termination WARNING

11.1 Grounds for Suspension

BLQ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Multiple Accounts: Any violation of our Multiple Accounts Policy.
• Fraud: Any evidence of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
• Security Breach: Any unauthorized access or security compromise.
• Payment Issues: Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment methods.
• Violation of Terms: Breach of any term, condition, or policy outlined in this document.
• Inactivity: Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months) may result in account review and potential closure.

11.2 Effect of Suspension

Upon suspension or termination of your account:

• You will lose access to your account and all associated services.
• All funds, winnings, bonuses, and rewards may be forfeited.
• Any pending bets will be settled according to our standard rules.
• You will be prohibited from creating new accounts or accessing BLQ services.

11.3 Appeal Process

If your account has been suspended, you may contact support@blq99.cc to appeal the decision. Appeals must include your username, reason for appeal, and any supporting evidence. All decisions are final and at the sole discretion of BLQ.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 Data Collection

BLQ collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described.

12.2 Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits.

12.3 Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data may be shared with:

• Payment Processors: For processing deposits and withdrawals (e.g., MTN, Airtel, MarzPay).
• Regulatory Authorities: As required by law or regulatory compliance.
• Service Providers: For platform maintenance, customer support, and analytics.

13. Responsible Gambling

BLQ Football is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We encourage all users to:

• Set Limits: Set personal betting limits to manage your spending.
• Never Chase Losses: Accept that losses are part of betting and never try to recover them.
• Bet for Entertainment: View betting as entertainment, not a source of income.
• Stay in Control: Only bet what you can afford to lose.
• Take Breaks: Take regular breaks from betting to maintain perspective.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Customer Support

14.2 Escalation Process

• Step 1: Contact support via email or through the platform.
• Step 2: If unresolved, escalate to our complaints team.
• Step 3: Final decision by BLQ management, which is binding.

14.3 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uganda.

15. Amendments

BLQ reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any changes, you must cease using our services immediately.
